We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our client network in the Greater China regions. The successful candidate will work independently to maintain business relationship with existing clients and follow up opportunities with potential clients, including client presentation arrangement.  You will study on market trend and obtain key information for company references.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 10 years of business development experience in architecture, interior or business sector strongly preferred;
• Collaborate with internal global and local market sector leadership to develop, implement and update strategic plans focused on growth;
• Maintain and develop a local network of proven reliable sources of information on current and prospective clients;
• Identify and pursue top project opportunities and support the development to win strategies on the largest most complex projects;
• Research and understand geographic, market sector issues and trends in the local market;
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and other stakeholders to build consensus, resolve conflicts and sustain progress;
• Spearheads and negotiates new business development initiatives and builds business cases;
• Interest in mentoring junior members of the business development team;
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for a Business Development Manager.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin in both conversational and written.
